We have designed our pricing structure to be comfortable for you.

There is an initial one-time set-up fee to join our service. After that Billers, Inc. charges per-transaction for claims submitted and for each new patient entered into our system. We offer two service plans, an Insurance-Only plan and a Comprehensive Billing plan.

Some of the financial advantages of our pricing structure are:

     • your monthly fees are predictable
     • calls to insurance companies (no matter how lengthy) are included
     • we do not charge to remind you of treatment plan due dates
     • informing you of patient co-pays and benefit limits is free

Given all the services we offer, our prices are a bargain.

To help you get a sense of a monthly fee for a typical practice, we put together the following sample estimates for the two service plans we offer.

The following estimates assume a 45-week year, an average of 25 patients per week and two new patients per month.

  A) Insurance Only plan– Sample Estimate
      (Assumes all patients are insurance)
    In New York and New Jersey your gross monthly income would conservatively be about $5,720. The average monthly fee with us would be about $187.00.

  B) Comprehensive Billing plan – Sample Estimate
      (Assumes all patients are private pay)
    If you charge your patients an average of $70.00 per session your gross monthly income would be about $6,562. Your average monthly fee with us would be about $230.00.
